Racial equity:

How will your organization define it?

Let’s get started

Building your staff’s emotional intelligence and self-awareness pays off in many ways. But the real challenge lies in changing structures and policies to ensure true equity, inclusiveness, and anti-racism in the workplace.

“Increasing diversity does not, by itself, increase effectiveness;

what matters is how an organization harnesses diversity,

and whether it’s willing to reshape its power structure.”

Robin J. Ely and David A. Thomas

Harvard Business Review, November-December 2020

Your path to growth will be as unique as your organization. We offer a personalized approach – focused on people, policies, and performance – that maps to where your organization is right now, and where you want to be.

As your thought partners, we’ll guide you through:

  • Assessing your organization’s needs to pinpoint opportunities for culture-shift and growth
  • Putting learning into practice by developing the policy and process changes you need to make to embrace anti-racism, equity, inclusion, justice and belonging
  • Organizational coaching and trainings designed to get to the heart of your mission

Together, we’ll break through the clutter and start the real work.

In 2020, Cat Lazaroff (she/they) took the leap to embrace her passion for building an anti-racist society. After nearly 20 years leading organizational transitions, culture shifts, and crisis communications for companies, foundations, government organizations, and nonprofits, Cat took a voluntary layoff to build a consultancy focused on the nitty gritty work of identifying and dismantling the barriers that hold organizations back from real change.

Today, Cat Lazaroff LLC advises mission-driven organizations and companies to support their growth as diverse, equitable, inclusive, just, and sustainable members of an anti-racist society. MORE
